How KalerOne works

Operator and affiliations

KalerOne is operated by K&A Corporate Group LLC, a company of the KALER Group. The KALER Group also includes KALER Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, which is itself listed in the network. Its profiles are subject to the same admission criteria, labelling and ordering rule as all other advisors. Enquiries to other advisors are not redirected to the firm.

What “Verified” means

The “Verified” badge is neither a quality rating nor an award. It only means that we received the following evidence before activation, where required for the profession concerned:

• Admission or appointment (e.g. bar association, chamber of tax advisors, chamber of public accountants)
• Register entry (e.g. intermediary register under Sections 34d, 34f, 34h GewO, commercial register)
• Existing professional indemnity insurance
• Identity and contactability of the advisor

We repeat the check annually and whenever we receive information. The badge cannot be bought; all packages undergo the same check.

How the order is determined

In categories and in the directory, profiles are ordered by exactly these parameters, in this order of priority:

1. Package booked — Partner before Profile Plus before Basic. Higher packages are paid placements and are marked “Sponsored” in lists.
2. Type of profile — within a package, firms and companies before individual profiles.
3. Name — alphabetical.

Your search and filters (category, location, keyword, letter) only hide profiles that do not match; they do not change the order. Reviews, click counts, fees or referral success are not taken into account. The order is not a statement about the quality of advice.

How KalerOne is funded

KalerOne is free for clients. Advisors pay a fixed flat fee for an agreed term (Basic, Profile Plus, Partner packages). We receive no payment per enquiry, per matter or as a share of fees, and we never allocate enquiries for money. This complies with the ban on referral commissions in German professional rules (Section 49b(3) BRAO, Section 9(2) StBerG, Section 55(2) WPO).

What happens to enquiries

An enquiry sent via a profile goes to exactly that advisor. Enquiries via the contact page are matched to suitable advisors based on the request — regardless of the package booked. You will not receive advertising or automatic emails from us. Details are in the privacy policy.

Reviews

KalerOne currently shows no client reviews and no rankings. Should we introduce reviews, we will first describe here whether and how we verify their authenticity (Section 5b(3) UWG).

Complaints and reports

We accept complaints about advisors in the complaints portal. You can report illegal or incorrect content via Report content; we review every report and inform you of our decision with reasons. Advisors will find the rules for listings in the terms for advisors.
